My Internship experience at Logan Killen Interiors: A New York Times-Featured Design Studio
I had the incredible opportunity to complete my senior internship at Logan Killen Interiors, a distinguished design studio recognized by The New York Times for its innovative approach and exceptional aesthetic. This experience was not just a stepping stone in my career; it was a transformative journey that deepened my understanding of the interior design field.
At Logan Killen Interiors, I worked closely with a dynamic team of designers and industry professionals, immersing myself in a variety of projects that showcased the studio's unique style. From residential spaces to commercial interiors, I had the chance to observe and participate in the entire design process, from initial client consultations to the final reveal. This hands-on experience allowed me to develop my design sensibilities while also honing practical skills in project management and client relations.
Throughout my internship, I contributed to creating detailed design presentations and mood boards, conducted research on materials and furnishings, and assisted in sourcing and procuring items for various projects.
